Making a Reservation
Please call our office or check our departure dates for trip availability. Individuals are welcome to join existing groups. For our 3 1/2, 4 day and 6 day expeditions, our receipt of a completed Reservation Request Form and $350.00 deposit from each member of your party will confirm your reservation. Please note that your deposit is nonrefundable and your balance is due 60 days or less prior to your departure date.

 

Deposit and Payment Information
A non-refundable deposit of $350.00 is required at the time of booking for all multi-day trips. Upon receiving your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter and booklet detailing your personal equipment requirements, trip logistics, how to pack and other useful information. Payment in full must be received no later than 60 days prior to your departure date.

• Canoes and Kayaks
• Life Jacket
• Dry Bag for your personal gear
• Tent, Sleeping Pad, Pillow
• All Necessary Safety Equipment

• Transportation to and from the river
• Pre-trip orientation in Fort Benton with gear explanation
• Passes to the local historical museums

*Charges do not include lodging, gratuities and shuttles between Great Falls and Fort Benton

Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $350.00 is required at the time of booking for our multi-day expeditions. Payment in full must be received within 60 days prior to your departure. No refund will be given for any unused portion of a multi day expedition.

 

Flight Information
Clients for the Missouri River should fly into Great Falls. The scheduled carriers are Delta and Northwest airlines.
